Domingo Family Roofing

I called Domingo Family Roofing about a roof leak, and Mike got back to me in about 20 minutes. He came out the next day as promised and did a careful inspection of the roof and attic. He took clear photos of the problem spots where water was getting into the house and explained everything in simple terms. He also sealed around the flashing where he saw possible leak areas and pointed out worn rubber gaskets that were dried out and cracked. Within a day, the new gaskets were installed and properly sealed. Mike arrived on time, did solid roofing work, and gave me a very fair price for the labor and materials. The whole repair process was smooth, professional, and helpful, and I would gladly call again for any future roofing issues.

Our commercial building needed roofing work, and i was really impressed with Francis and Domingo Family Roofing. he checked the roof quickly, explained the condition in simple terms, and sent over a clear proposal with a detailed warranty that was fair and easy to follow. mike also took time to answer our questions by phone, which made the whole process feel smooth and professional. The crew started on time, stayed organized, and finished the job as scheduled. Because of the building design, some custom metal flashing was needed around key areas, and the finished flashing came out even better than expected. The workmanship looks strong, neat, and built to last. we are very happy with the service, communication, and overall professionalism, and i would gladly give 5 stars for this commercial roofing experience.

My home needed major roofing and exterior work, so I got several estimates from different contractors and chose Francis. The price was very fair, but what really stood out was his long experience and how dependable he seemed. I’m glad I went with him because the whole project turned out great. Francis was patient, answered all my questions, and gave helpful advice about roof care, gutters, and other exterior maintenance. He explained the roofing materials, ventilation, flashing, and repair options in simple terms, which made it much easier to make the right choice. He also went over related exterior details so everything would work well together and protect the house properly. After I approved the job, he got started right away. He personally checked the roof, cleaned up problem areas, handled prep work, and made sure damaged gutter downspouts were replaced. His crew arrived promptly, worked hard, and kept the job site organized while completing the roofing and exterior work. When everything was finished, Francis walked the property with me for a final inspection to make sure every detail looked right and was completed properly. The workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My neighbors were impressed with how good the house looked after the roof and exterior updates, and it really improved the overall appearance of my home. If you need roofing or related exterior services, I would definitely recommend them.

They responded very fast after hail damaged our roof and cracked three skylights. Francis arrived quickly, checked everything, and had a roofing crew there right away to tarp the skylights and stop more water from getting inside. With steady rain right after the storm, that quick emergency roof service really helped protect our home. Francis also worked with our insurance company on items the adjuster missed, which made the whole claim process much easier. He was always easy to reach, answered every question, and kept us updated through the whole roofing job. The new roof, gutters, and skylights all look great, and the workmanship was solid and professional.
