If the accolades matter to your decision, ask which year each was awarded and for the published list you can check it against. A brokerage-owner with a bilingual Merrimack Valley practice is a reasonable call for a Methuen or southern New Hampshire buyer or seller, particularly on the investment side. Before signing, ask for his Massachusetts broker licence number, closed transactions in your town over the last year, and two recent clients you can phone — with four ratings on file, references carry the weight the reviews cannot.
