Two Google reviews, two weeks apart in April 2025, tell opposite stories about the same Leominster electrician — and there isn't much else public to break the tie. The company says it has been providing electrical services since 1988 and that, as of 2022, it is a woman-owned business. An October 2022 LinkedIn post under the name David Litalien announced that David Litalien Electric had become Litalien LLC, "A Women owned business"; the older name is still what its Procore profile is filed under. Its Massachusetts electrician license, number 8466, is active, and the state registry holds it in the company's own name rather than an individual's. The two customers who wrote about their jobs land far apart. In an April 2025 review, one described calling the company for an emergency fix to bad wiring and later for a more complicated job wiring a travel trailer, and said it was prompt and reasonably priced. Two weeks earlier, another described a rewire of a 1,200-square-foot cape in Fitchburg that ran past $30,000, wrote that helpers who never showed up were billed anyway, and called the workmanship mediocre. That is the entire written history so far: two Google ratings, averaging 3 stars, both from the same spring. Nothing more recent has been written either way, so a homeowner is working from a very small sample. The useful move before booking is to make the estimate specific. Get scope, labor hours, and who is actually on site in writing, because the one detailed complaint on file is about price and crew hours, not about the wiring itself. For a service call or an emergency, the licensed-and-local case is straightforward; for a whole-house rewire, price it against a couple of other bids first.
