Little Tree Group, Inc. is a Seekonk plant seller that also delivers and plants trees. A recent customer said the woman working walked the entire property with them to answer questions, and that the delivery went without issue. A recent customer who bought four trees said they were told two weeks for delivery and installation. After four weeks they were told "we don't know when you will receive your trees," and they found a landscaper to pick the trees up instead. A 2025 customer said it took a month of hounding to get four green giant arborvitaes delivered and planted, and wrote that two of the four had since died. The 2025 customer said Little Tree gave a $110 refund, which did not cover the cost of one tree. A 2024 customer said no one picked up the phone or called back. A 2025 customer said they had completed several projects with Little Tree and praised its pricing. A 2022 customer thanked them for delivering and planting their trees. A 2022 customer said they helped pick a rhododendron for a front flower bed and called the prices fair.
Amazing experience here! Everyone was so nice and eager to help. The woman working walked the entire property with us stopping what she was doing to answer our questions. They have very reasonable prices for the size and quality. They ensured a seamless delivery without issue. Great products and customer service we will definitely be coming back!
Great value and knowledgeable
We have purchased from Little Tree Nurseries (LT) in the past and had always found the team to be on top of things. It seems to have changed over the years. At the time of purchasing 4 trees, we were told 2 weeks for delivery and installation. I received a call within a week asking if the trees could be delivered and installed within the next 1/2 hour, we were not home and could not be home for another 3 hours (we wanted to be home when the trees were installed, which we thought was perfectly acceptable to make certain they were placed correctly). LT said they could not accommodate. Each time thereafter we inquired about delivery, we were told 2 weeks. After 4 weeks we were told "we don't know when you will receive your trees". We had to find a landscaper who could come to the rescue, which we did. I called early in the morning and stopped in to let LT know the landscaper would be there the next day to pick up our trees. I also reminded them again 2 hours before his arrival. The landscaper had to wait 1 hour. Luckily, we did not incur further fees from the landscaper for his time. It would help the customer to know at the time of purchase, there is a backlog on delivery and installation, and it cannot be confirmed, giving the customer the option of purchasing elsewhere. Hopefully things will change in the future for this company.
