— a 2023 customer said a competitor had tripled its price
Load It Up Hauling LLC hauls away junk, debris and furniture and rents dumpsters. Its own site describes it as a small family owned business offering quick junk removal at reasonable and competitive rates. On Google it shows 5 stars from 210 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
A 2026 customer posted in Rochester's Facebook group for help clearing out and demoing a shed; James and another man took everything out and stacked it so the customer could remove any sensitive information, and James finished the demo job. A 2026 customer renting a dumpster for junk and construction debris said James walked the property to make sure the size was right, delivered exactly when agreed, and placed blocks of wood under the dumpster so it would not damage the driveway. A 2026 customer who wanted a barn cleaned out ahead of renovations said James gave an estimate from texted pictures the same day and held to it after reviewing the job in person.
A 2025 customer said Jim and Kyle removed a large deck and a 30-foot round above-ground swimming pool, every scrap of material, at a very reasonable price. A 2025 reviewer said the company removed an old oil tank from under their deck, with Jack and his crew arriving on time. A 2023 customer said a well known competitor tripled its quote on seeing a riding mower, while James quoted a fair price, showed up early and loaded the mower quickly. A 2022 customer said the company cleared brush, dead tree parts and yard waste, checked often on each stage of the project, and offered a discount.

Great job done by and jimmy and Dennis good communication price was reasonable for the large amount of junk please consider them for any clean out job thank you Rick Evans
I did not love the idea of having to search for a dumpster to take care of the construction debris that my new home was creating. Literally asked for recommendations on FBook and everyone agreed, Load it up Hauling was the way to go!!! So easy to work with (not to mention that great sense of humor). If I could give 10 stars, I surely would!!! Thank you, Shelly Hartford
Absolutely incredible!! I messaged James on a Saturday and he responded back immediately. I needed a large load of stuff removed after remodeling the house as well as some other random things. Monday was a holiday, Tuesday comes and James shows up with a truck, trailer and help. They banged it out quickly, all while enjoying conversation. And I always say that it's hard to get good work done cheap, but this proved that wrong. Excellent price for such a job well done. I will absolutely be using them again!!
