Tibbetts Storage sells and rents storage containers and brings them to the customer. The company says it can deliver rental containers to an off-site location by roll-off ramp truck or its specialty trailer, and that delivery and pickup charges apply. A recent customer bought a 20' one-trip container with side doors and said it took about a week to get it shipped. That customer said Jon handled the sale and delivery, and Allan, the driver, placed the box right where the customer wanted it and set up the corner blocking. A recent customer who kept a container for a year said everything inside was in perfect condition when it was opened, with fast delivery and quick pickup. A recent customer who has rented a few times said the items stayed safe, secure, dry and free of bugs and rodents. A recent customer stored belongings in a 10-foot box for about three years and said the owner was responsive and easy to reach. In a 2025 review, a customer said a unit was brought to the house the same day after the customer's father died, and that its later removal from the property was seamless. A 2025 customer said a new 20' container was delivered on the third day after ordering. A 2024 customer said they moved to Tibbetts after two break-ins and three price increases at another facility in Milton, and that the price never went up from the original quote.
