Lombardo Brothers Tree & Landscape is a landscaping business in Maynard. In a 2023 Google review, a customer wrote that they had wanted a yard clean up before any snow fall in December 2022 and paid Steve a $150 deposit. That 2023 customer said they kept being told next weekend or next week for over a month before asking for a refund, that Steve then offered to plow snow for the money instead, which they declined, and that the $150 refund had not arrived and Steve no longer responded to texts or calls.
Definitely the worst company I have had to deal with. I just wanted a yard clean up prior to any snow fall in December 2022 so I reached out to Steve since he is local. He requested a $150 deposit which is not unusual. I paid and then waited for him to come do the job that I partially paid for. I kept getting told next weekend, next week. This went on for over a month before I requested a refund. He then offered to plow snow for the money paid which I declined since he was so unreliable. He said he would give me my $150 refund and I still do not have it. He no longer responds to texts or calls and I’m livid. This man is a thief and shouldn’t have the pleasure of owning his own business. I would warn anyone from doing business with his since he will steal your money and not do the job.
