I was fortunate to meet Louie during my search for a snow/ice removal contractor for our buildings in Holyoke just ahead of a major snow storm. Louie presented himself as a serious professional with a seemingly well-managed, reliable business operation. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Louie as his communication with me was on point and the snow/ice removal services by his team at Louie’s Lawn Care, LLC was honestly the best I have seen. Best of all, Louie and his team heard our instructions and sensitivity to making sure that our tenants would be able to move about the properties safely and delivered accordingly. I plan to continue using them and highly recommend Louie and his team as a very skilled and dependable snow removal partner!

Louie (and his brother) were excellent to work with. Louie is a clear and quick communicator and helped me realize my vision for two areas of landscaping. When we realized stone borders wouldn't work for the space, he made the excellent suggestion of clearing a much needed area next to our garage for the same price which was truly appreciated. The work was fast, beautiful and afforabable. Plus he is a great guy and I enjoyed getting to talk with him. Highly reccommend and will definitely hire him again!
