On HomeAdvisor it carries 4.5 stars from 14 ratings; on Google, 3.6 stars from 9. A 2014 HomeAdvisor reviewer said the owner, Troy, came out the same day they called for an estimate on a grading and drainage problem under their deck, so water would not build up against the foundation. That customer said the work was done the next day and the charge was the same as the estimate. A 2014 customer wrote that Troy Lund and his crew handled their clean-up project. A 2014 customer who had to stay in California longer than planned said they requested snow removal for the first Vermont snow storm and could call the company for help with the shoveling. A 2024 Google reviewer said they had the company take the bushes out of their new house, and that it was next going to deliver and install river rocks for the gardens. That customer said they asked the manager to come see the work and he never came out, then argued until he realized the quality was very poor.
