#Sold Realtors like Crystal Perham make the journey of buying/selling a property seamless & honestly so worth the commission! Bonus it was one of the lowest in the industry. I found East Key Realty has built a solid a network of connections and problem-solvers. Crystal Understands the housing markets in the areas she works in and there is no wasted time she lets you know her research worst/best case scenario on the first email with attention to detail. She has an engaging personality, actively listens to exactly what you need. I didn't have to do any updates and got way more than expected - in 4 days from hitting the market we were ready to move to a close due to her tenacity to get things in order - on your time-line - with no pushy sales pitches.
