Lyle R. Estell's Floor Coverings International

Lyle R. Estell's Floor Coverings International is a flooring business in Pelham, NH. On its Angi profile it describes its work as running from design consultation to installation. Its written reviews date from 2009 to 2011. In a 2010 review, a customer said Lyle measured and gave a very fair price on sanding and refinishing all their hardwood floors, and that his crew even went into the walk-in closets. In another 2010 review, a customer who had planned to put new hardwood on top of damaged existing hardwood said Lyle told them of the potential problems with that, quoted a price that included extracting and disposing of the old floors and putting in new plywood subflooring, and stuck to that quote even though some extra costs came up. In a 2010 review, a customer said a tile design was part of the job and that when a small issue came up six months later, Lyle promptly visited and took care of it for no charge. A separate 2010 review describes a hardwood floor installed on the diagonal with a border between the old and new floors. In a 2010 review, a customer said Lyle was hired to retile their front hall and that the area was cleaned up afterward, and in another 2010 review a customer described engineered hardwood installed on one side of their basement. In a 2009 review, a customer said hardwood replaced carpet and that the foyer hardwood was sanded and stained so the new floor matches it. In a 2010 review, a customer said that after the floor was done, epoxy grout left very noticeable swirl marks on the tile floor that could not be removed, that a reinstalled toilet cracked and leaked through the floor into the kitchen, and that no money back or discount was offered. In a 2009 review, a customer raised a minor issue with the crew's cleanup at the end of the day, which Lyle addressed by arranging a cleanup after the job.
