Lynch Electrical LLC runs out of 29 Swains Pond Ave in Malden, and is listed as a member of the Malden Chamber of Commerce. The name that comes up again and again in reviews is John Lynch, described running the work with a small crew — reviewers say "John and his team" or "John and his guys" rather than describing a big office with a scheduling desk. The volume here is real: 37 reviews across four sources since 2022, and Google alone puts it at 41 ratings averaging five stars. What repeats across those reviews is what people hired him for, again and again — full house rewires, a condo where the breaker got moved from the basement into the unit itself, new recessed lighting and outlet runs, a bathroom light and fan swap, even a garbage disposal replaced the day after someone called. Several reviewers mention hiring him again for new projects, and one property owner says Lynch has done electrical work across several buildings they own. A separate business owner brought him in for a multi-day job that other electricians had turned down, and called him one of the better tradespeople they'd hired in over a decade running a company. None of the four sources here turn up a negative review — the most recent six months alone account for 31 reviews and zero complaints. A few reviewers single out the cleanup specifically: no mess left in the work area once a job wraps. Given how small and personal the operation reads across these reviews, it's worth asking directly about scheduling and crew size before committing to a bigger project — reviews describe everything from a single stuck outlet to a full-unit rewire going smoothly, but nothing here speaks to how many jobs run at once. For anything electrical — a stubborn panel, an outdated fuse box, a full rewire in an older house — this reads as a contractor people call back rather than shop around for. Get a firm quote and timeline before work starts, and ask whether John himself or another member of the crew will be on-site.

Met John when he was hired through a general contractor to do the electrical for my backyard renovation. The GC turned out to be a disaster, but John was awesome and now he's my go-to electrician, and neither of us deal with that GC anymore. John is knowledgeable, accommodating, and does high quality work. He's very quick to respond and is good at figuring out issues going on. I highly recommend using him for all your general electrical needs.

John did an excellent job fixing my outlet issues. Not only was he very thorough with his work but he also took care to answer any questions I have about the electrical wiring. I would recommend John for any electric work you may have. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and punctual.
