Seventy-one ratings on HomeAdvisor averaging 5.0, and the detail reviewers keep returning to isn't speed or price — it's wrapping. One customer in April 2024 wrote that they were amazed at how well the furniture was wrapped and taken care of; a May 2026 customer described the crew breaking down and wrapping every piece, then unwrapping and setting it all up at the new apartment. M&M Moving and Storage runs out of 15 Walkup Drive in Westborough. It's an S corporation trading since June 2006 — twenty years — with Marcin Papla listed as both management and customer contact, and he turns up by name in reviews going back a decade. The BBB grades the company A+. The work goes well beyond a truck and two guys. A July 2026 customer had a whole house packed, moved out of state, and unpacked at the other end. Reviewers writing in 2015 and 2016 describe belongings held two weeks in the company's own warehouse while closings slipped, and a September 2015 customer had a last-minute detour through that storage absorbed without fuss. Estimates tend to hold: an August 2026 customer said the move came in under the time quoted, a July 2024 customer said it finished under estimate, and a July 2015 customer found cost and time almost exactly on the estimate. A May 2026 customer was on their third M&M move in twelve months. The one account that breaks the pattern is worth reading before booking. In July 2020 a customer wrote that the estimate came in significantly under what they were charged, that the crew worked steadily but slowly, and that items arrived damaged — a printer upside down in its box, a scuffed bed, and a desk badly broken in transit that the movers took away with no compensation, no price reduction and no further contact. There is also a paperwork wrinkle. The USDOT number M&M reports on HomeAdvisor, 2015288, is not the one BBB's records show, 2012588. Its Massachusetts movers licence, MDTE #31310, is likewise the company's own statement rather than a checked fact. A sound call for a full-service or long-distance move where packing and storage are part of the job. Get the estimate and the damage-claim process in writing, and confirm the USDOT number yourself before signing.

I had an outstanding experience with M and M Moving Company from start to finish. They packed up my entire house, handled everything with incredible care, and moved me to another state without a single issue. M&M is wonderful! This was our 3rd move in the last 12 mo and had M&M move us all 3 times! Very easy to book the move, with a contact for a personal move consultant. Easy to order moving supplies, delivered to your door in 24-48 h. The movers themselves are amazing! They are very meticulous, breaking down and wrapping all our furniture, unwrapping and setting up at our new apartment. Very efficient, professional, personable. Their rates are reasonable, and they are worth the cost. I highly recommend M&M for any move!!
The 3 gentlemen who did my move were fantastic--very professional, took great care with everything, and were very pleasant to deal with. Moving is always stressful, and due to a bad back and having to also move 2 cats, I wasn't able to pack everything myself. They were reassuring and finished up the packing, being so extremely careful with wrapping and boxing that, as far as I can tell (not having unpacked everything yet), nothing has been damaged. They even completed the move under the estimate! I'd had to change the date and type of move on short notice and am most grateful to the crew, Marcin and Landra for their patience and expert assistance. I would use them again and highly recommend M & M Moving and Storage.
The guys were very professional. I was amazed at how well the furniture was wrapped and taken care of. Also they went above and beyond helping us get everything set on the destination. Definitely use these guys.
