I have used them for years during the winter for plowing and they are always reliable to make sure I could get out early in the morning for work and would come back and clean up at the end of the storm. This spring they took down numerous trees and overgrown vegetation in my yard. It has made a huge difference to the lot and I have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and people that have driven by daily for years.
We appreciated how professional and respectful the team was throughout the entire job. They treated our property with care and left no mess behind.

I agree with the other 1-star reviews. The owner is a con man. He was paid for a project that he completely ghosted me on. I have the text receipts of excuse after excuse before he just stopped responding. A man with nothing but excuses and is a coward with zero integrity. When I had the PSO serve him with a small claims complaint, why was I not surprised that the deputy told me they were "quite familiar with him," and "we know where we can find him"? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to follow it through to the disclosure hearing after being granted a default judgment due to health reasons. I had to chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned. Not only would I not recommend this business, I advise you avoid at all costs!
I had a very disappointing experience with M&M Property Services. I hired them for a landscaping project that was never completed. After several follow-ups, the owner admitted via text message that they had underestimated the scope of work. Communication was poor, and I felt left in the dark about the status of my project. The owner stated he would refund my money but that has yet to happen. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, as it seems they may not be able to manage their workload effectively. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
