A property cleanout from the basement to the second floor took three hours, according to an April 2026 Google reviewer. They said M&M Removal Service also swept the basement. Based in Montague, the company describes itself as a removal and recycling service for Franklin County and surrounding areas, with more than twenty years of experience. In a September 2025 review, a customer credited Mary, Mike and their team with clearing more than fifty years of accumulated junk from three areas of the home. They described quick scheduling and coordinated work completed in three hours. A March 2026 reviewer also praised clear communication and said the company fit them in as soon as possible. An August 2024 customer described getting onto the schedule within twenty-four hours, followed by quick junk hauling at a price they considered affordable. A separate reviewer that month said they had used M&M three times and praised its speed, thoroughness and pricing; they also disclosed being friends with Mike and Mary. Google reports a 5-star average from 38 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade. The Recorder has also described M&M’s composting and recycling work.
