M.O.N. Home Services & Maintenance

David helps us with our family lake Sunapee cabin. Normally we relied on my father to do all this and he is very particular but David has been a godsend! He is there all year round which is great as we are, alas, not

David has been working with us in the capacity of a property manager and handyman helping take care of our summer cottage in George’s Mill. He is smart, organized, reliable, and shows up on time. He’s a great problem solver, able to fix faulty windows, do carpentry work, inside, and outside painting, and pretty much anything that comes up. Overall, he’s a terrific partner and I highly recommend him.

David helped with mounting our TV and fixing a sliding bathroom door. He was quick, very friendly and got both jobs done at very great rates. I would use him again and highly recommend to others.

David is very nice and professional!! Definitely recommend him for any handyman needs or references. 10/10

David did a fantastic job installing and mounting items in my new apartment after a move. He was prompt and professional. With ease during phase one of his service the following were installed flawlessly: Coat rack, ski wrack, pictures, towel rack, wine rack, tv mount and tv, replaced faulty couch hardware with new and connected sectional, hung mirror, and very expensive import effectively. My home feels and looks how I hoped. I’ll request his services for phase II absolutely! Thanks, David!
