I own a commercial building in Brockton, Massachusetts. The façade on the building hadn’t been touched in over 60 years. If I have to say so myself, the front looked quite dilapidated. It was a complete eyesore. I received a Recommendation to call M2 R masonry. Best decision I ever made. Rayssa Was Incredibly excellent to work with. Her father Israel Is an extremely talented Mason. There was a tremendous amount of work to do. It was done in a very professional manner, and the project was completed on time. 16 Exeter (corner Exeter/ Marlborough) Highly Recommend MR2 for their quality of work, a definitive timeline and exceptional customer service. They were flexible and their pricing is competitive. We interviewed 3 well known masonry’s. Although highly qualified, one was union based and therefore had to use another company for their staging. The guesstimate for the staging was exceptionally high. A few doors down their “staging” had been up for months prior to any work as the timing did not aline. Another company pushed to have an AIA engineering come out so see exactly what we needed, which also was going to cost a chunk of money. We knew what we needed - entire building repointing. Lastly we met with MR2 owner Israel and his project manager, Rayssa. He was the only one that took photos of the entire building with a zoom camera. Rayssa had a list of questions and wanted to know our concerns and timeline. Both answered all our questions in detail as both are knowledgeable in their trade. MR2 was the only company that gave us a proper detailed bid with photos and clear explanations. They gave us an overall price which included a breakdown if we wanted to do the building in sections. This included all staging, repointing, repainting of window, repointing and re alining the walkways, etc. They had a definitive timeline as they are providing you with full-service, they are not subbing any part of it out. Rayssa’s communication skills was superb through-out the job. They were also flexible as we ran into other issues, which they found while repointing allowing time for repairs such as roof which cut into their timeline and allowing their own staging to be used. They accommodated all our additional requests or issues. We feel lucky to have found them.

We hired M2R for repointing a old brick wall, and they did a fantastic job. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, and matched the original mortar perfectly. Our brickwork looks refreshed and solid, and we’re confident it’s now protected for years to come. Highly recommend them for any masonry work!
