Maia Construction

Maia Construction is a Charlton, Massachusetts outfit that's really about one name showing up in review after review: Marcos, running siding, window and door jobs and generally showing up when he says he will. Across 18 reviews — every one of them five stars — the same details repeat: on time, communicative, clean job sites, work described as some of the best homeowners have had done. Founded by Marcos in 2015 as a small siding business, the company says it expanded into windows and doors two years later, and now covers central and eastern Massachusetts towns from Charlton, Marlborough and Framingham out to Concord and Acton. It describes itself as family-owned, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The specifics back up the range of work. A 2026 review describes a Provia storm door install; a homeowner in a 2023 review had all 38 windows on the house replaced and called the pricing extremely competitive; another 2023 review mentions comparing two other quotes before choosing Maia to re-side a home and garage. One customer's project grew beyond the original scope, and Marcos still honored the initial quote — a detail that comes up more than once as the kind of thing people remember. A 2023 review describes Marcos fixing a fascia board and siding after a winter storm at a fair price, arriving on time and leaving the site clean. The record here runs from 2022 to now without a rating below five stars, and the seven most recent reviews continue the same pattern. Worth confirming before booking: Maia is a siding-and-exterior specialist with a small crew rather than a full remodeling company, and its certified-installer status is specifically with CertainTeed, Alside and James Hardie, so it's worth checking those brands line up with what you have in mind.
