Maid in Brazil went above and beyond. There was a team of several cleaners who came in and they left my place spotless. They went above and beyond and took any feedback very well. Thank you, ladies.
Lene and her team are hands down the best cleaning service I have ever had. Every surface of my home was shining when they left. Even my husband noticed what an excellent job they did. They really take pride in their work and it shows. Don't hesitate to hire Maid in Brazil!
Maid in Brazil is a godsend. The SMARTEST thing I did was contact Lene and her crew of PROFESSIONALS. If I could give them 100 stars, and click every box above I would. My mom is 90 and very frail. She doesn't have much mobility. For awhile I wanted to get her a cleaner. But she was too proud. I am not around all the time and she just can't. She finally agreed and I promised her I'd find the best. I did. Every review on Maid in Brazil is exceptional. Now there's one more. Lene gets back to you immediately. Their customer service is the exceptional. She comes out, sees what the job entails and then gives you a price and can start right away. My elderly mom was so impressed and she feels comfortable around them. You won't just get the fairest price around, you will get the highest quality job. The girls work non-stop and from pillar to post your place will look amazing, feel amazing and smell fresh. Not antiseptic, but fresh. I have been in and out of houses and seen cleaners from everywhere. Maid in Brazil is the best. Lene and crew ARE the best. Honest, hard working and the nicest people. You now who you are getting and what you are getting. My sister and niece were so dazzled they want Maid in Brazil. Thank you Lene, Stfethani & Andrea.
I reached out to this cleaning service to schedule a monthly cleaning. We exchanged a few texts. But when it came time to book a meeting for an estimate, they stopped comms with me. This rating is based on lack of communication vs their work product. I ended up hiring someone else.
