Touch by Grace Cleaning Services LLC

A June 2025 customer described more than a year of monthly cleaning by Viviane and her partner, followed by a deep clean while preparing the house for rental. The customer said reminder texts arrived the day before with an estimated arrival time, and questions or rescheduling requests received prompt answers. Touch by Grace Cleaning Services is based in Nashua and says it serves Hillsborough and Rockingham counties in New Hampshire. Its website advertises residential and commercial cleaning, customized work, move-in and move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning, with weekly, bi-monthly or monthly packages. It also says the business was founded in 2000 and is insured and bonded. Customers have described both recurring visits and individual deep cleans. An April 2025 reviewer identified the operator as Viviane Peron and praised a home deep clean, including the basement, along with punctual arrival. In February 2025, another customer said an initial deep cleaning had been followed by two regular visits on an every-other-week schedule. That customer praised the cleaning and Viviane's quick responses to questions. A January 2025 reviewer said Viviane had cleaned for them for two years and showed up as promised for regular and deep cleaning. Longer relationships feature in older accounts. In October 2023, a customer said Viviane had cleaned their home for almost a decade, continuing through three moves, and praised reliability, communication and honesty. A November 2023 customer said they had worked with Viviane and Rafael for more than five years; they described affordable cleaning, arrival as scheduled and completion within the agreed time. In January 2026, a reviewer recommended Vivienne after a couple of years of cleaning at the reviewer's elderly parents' home. Google lists a five-star average from 22 ratings. Some customers have described how the cleaning fitted their households. An October 2023 reviewer said Viviane used their own products because they were careful about products around a crawling baby. A May 2023 customer likewise said they bought their preferred or recommended products, and described cleaning of their townhome, business office and a brother's apartment. In January 2024, another customer said Viviane usually worked alone, occasionally with her husband, and communicated beforehand about changes to dates or times. That reviewer also said they trusted her to clean while left alone in the house.
