Customers who hired them have been consistent rather than numerous: 36 reviews collected between 2021 and 2025 across four sources, running heavily positive, with the same themes repeating: appointments kept, options explained before money changes hands, office staff easy to reach. Google lists the company at 4.9 across 136 ratings, and the BBB grades it A+, while also noting the company is not BBB-accredited. One thing to settle before any work is scheduled. The Massachusetts state registry shows the HVAC licence carrying number 12625 (12625-SM-J1) as expired. The company's own site lists MA Lic #12625 and NH Lic #3855, and its BBB profile lists a Master Plumber registration under that same 12625 number plus a corporate registration, but neither of those is a registry confirmation of current standing. Ask which licence covers your specific job, who pulls the permit, and to see a current certificate. On gas, boiler and heating work in particular, that is not a formality. The heat-pump side comes with its own claim worth checking: the company presents itself as a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Contractor with a 12-year factory warranty behind the equipment, and it says Master and Journeyman Plumbers and Gas Fitters are on staff. Both are the company's own statements, and Mitsubishi is the party who can confirm the first. If you want a long-established small shop for a mini-split, a boiler or a furnace replacement rather than a large regional installer, this is a fair place to start a conversation. Settle the licence question and get the scope in writing first, then judge the quote.
