His work was not only less than mediocre, but he kept making weird comments about my looks and my body and he was so incredibly inappropriate. I do not suggest hiring him for any work around your house. Hire someone less creepy and more professional.

Operator of Instagram account for this business finds these kinds of comments appropriate to leave on videos of women. As a woman I would want to know who I allow into my home when renovating.

While it started out fine it didn’t end well. Eric was very messy leaving tools scattered around the bathroom, hallway and dining room. Each day after he left I’d have to wipe up tile adhesive that was tracked through out the house. He decided to use the dining room floor for a work space and slit an expensive rug which he did pay for. At this point the quality of his work was fine, just slow. The last step was to grout and wipe down the tile which he did but said he would need to finish the next day. Knowing the job was pretty much done I paid the final bill. He returned the next day and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom then came out and said he left me a sponge and scrub pad for me to wipe any that he missed. When I saw it there was far more than touch up work to do. I called and told him I’d like him back to finish the job. I never heard from him again.

Working with Erik exceeded our expectations! Our bathroom is so beautiful now. Every detail he took his time with and you can tell how much he cares about his work. He is not only is good at what he does but was but fun to work with and an excellent communicator all the way through. I highly recommend Maine Bathroom remodeling and will be calling him again for future projects.
