Petrin plumbing & Remodels

My new bathroom is all finished! After being completely gutted, I designed and chose every detail of my bathroom. I had a vision and Petrin Plumbing & Remodels made it come to life. Zeri impressed me with his openness for all my difficult ideas and patience in making sure I was happy every step of the way. I really can’t recommend him and his crew enough.

I cannot recommend Zeri highly enough! He recently completed a large project in our 1800s multifamily home, which included replacing old cast iron plumbing and handling two major bathroom renovations. He converted an existing office into a stunning full bath and took a second, very rundown bathroom and turned it into a beautiful, modern space. He truly understood the long-term vision for our multifamily property and navigated the challenges of an older building and working with tenants with total ease. Beyond the incredible work, he was truly a dream to work with. He is extremely personable, kind, and maintained a positive, professional attitude throughout the entire renovation. It is rare to find a contractor who is as awesome to collaborate with as they are skilled at their craft. If you want someone who is reliable, respectful, and a genuine pleasure to have in your home, this is the person to hire!

We just had a leak from our upstairs kitchen sink that affected the rental unit below us, and it completely put a stop to my cottage bakery operations. Zeri came out within minutes, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it the same day. His professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work was outstanding. Thanks to Zeri because of you, I am back in business! Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable plumbing work — he truly saved the day for us and it’s a Sunday!!!

Petrins did a great job on a very clogged sink. Basement clean out revealed about 15-20' of completely clogged pipe. Auger & water jet required to eliminate it and it's never drained as well. Highly recommend this company, who is a local small business.

We had a great experience working with Zeri. We waited for years to update our bathroom and were so fortunate to find Zeri when we were ready to do the work. He gutted our old bathroom and built a beautiful new one in its place! We had a general idea of what we wanted. Zeri listened to all of our ideas and helped us figure out how to make them work in the space. But Zeri also thought of ways to improve the space that we didn't even think possible! We *love* our bathroom now! Zeri was great with communication, worked fast AND well, and has a great group of very talented guys who work with him. We would definitely recommend Zeri for any home improvement project!
