MAJA Multi Services LLC

Attention to detail drew praise for MAJA in a February 2025 Google review: Mike thanked Enrique and his colleagues for cleaning services since his move to New Hampshire, describing them as prompt and professional. Based in Nashua, MAJA offers house cleaning alongside the commercial janitorial and deep-clean work described on its website. The company says it has 14 years in business and describes cleaning inside ovens and refrigerators, cleaning windows, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Two HomeAdvisor customers writing in October 2017 described the results in their houses. One said the crew arrived on time, worked carefully and thoroughly, answered questions, and left the house cleaner than the customer could remember. The other named Enrique and his team, saying they went straight to work and left the house clean after working quickly and efficiently. A March 2017 HomeAdvisor review raised a specific billing complaint. The customer had hired MAJA as a gift for a family member and said they paid $270 under a three-hour minimum, but four workers provided only 2.25 hours of work. The customer said no discount was offered for leaving early and that, had they been onsite, they would have insisted on another 45 minutes of cleaning. In a December 2016 HomeAdvisor review, another customer said Enrique and his team visited the job site to provide a quote within 24 hours. That customer also said Enrique answered their phone inquiries. Google lists a 5-star average from 10 ratings, while HomeAdvisor lists 4.8 stars from 40 ratings.
