They got the job done. The only thing I wish they could improve is that the communication could be more prompt, e.g. replying txt msgs, voicemail more.

We hired this company to remove two trees. Without permission, they drove over my neighbor's lawn, despite the fact that the ground was obviously soft from the rains. They left deep tire ruts the length of the lawn and attempted to leave without fixing it.
