So this guy is the worst worst contractor he tries to be a contract that spends peoples money then he?ll make the person he?s doing a job for eight weeks because he uses the money for his own personal use I don?t care what these reviews say. I work for the guy. The guy literally takes. The people?s money. Makes people wait. The worst the worst contract do not hire him because a job that takes a week will take literally a month to two months because he has to do other jobs using his cleaning service to pay for jobs that he?s currently trying to do because he?ll spend the money for his own personal use. Take my word for it. I don?t believe any of these reviews. But he?ll try to blame that the workers can?t come in things like that so he can make more money using his cleaning business to make the money up that he spent that he was supposed to use for materials I believe most of these reviews, he knew the person and that?s why the reviews might seem good, but don?t believe it
They did a surperb job. The floor was black before but they had it looking brand new and the stove looks like it looks brand new from the store. Hes very professional and worth the pay for services. Top notch all the way. I love his work

I have an aging cat who no longer uses the litter box in the basement. My floor cleaning was in effectual and the urine smell was bad. Martin Tay and his team did an unbelievable job. They spent almost 2 hours soaping and mopping the floor, using hot water and repeatedly changing the water. Martin and I met on Wednesday and he and his men came the very next day. He explained what a thorough and clean job he would do and that's exactly what he did. It's money well spent for someone who works so hard and does a beautiful job.
They were incredibly accessible and accommodating. Very communicative, the first to respond to my request. They were professional and friendly and did a thorough job for my move in. We will have them now on a regular basis. I also referred them to my neighbor who also raves about how great they did compared to his last cleaners.
