Tear-offs at that scale are what Mandette Roofing Plus gets called for. The company works out of Haverhill as an exterior contractor across Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine — roofing first, plus siding, windows, doors, decks, gutters, power washing and painting — and says it works with brands including Owens Corning, James Hardie, Azek and TimberTech. A testimonial on its own site names Eli as the owner. Google has it at 5.0 across 53 ratings. Lucas runs the jobs customers describe in detail. In May 2026 a homeowner had the whole roof replaced along with two skylights, new gutters, all the trim repainted and new front and back doors, and said he made recommendations while keeping them in on the decisions. A June 2026 customer said the crew arrived on time, kept the property clean and finished exactly as promised; a July 2026 reviewer described the crew working over the house and garage for two to three days on roofing and trim replacement, with Lucas as site manager. Cleanup gets singled out by several customers — one in June 2025 wrote that they left nothing lying around the property, and an April 2026 reviewer traced the job from the first inspection through the final cleanup. An October 2025 customer had a full exterior renovation done rather than roofing alone. For a full roof replacement, or for roof, trim and gutter work bundled into one visit, this is a reasonable call. Ask which site manager will run your job, get the shingle and trim brands and their warranties in writing, and confirm what the cleanup and disposal covers.
I'm not one inclined to post reviews. This time demands an exception. The crew came in and swarmed all over the house and the garage for 2 to 3 days. . The quality of work - both roofing and trim replacement work - far exceeded our expectations.. LUCAS was the site manager- from a low key initial quote to the final cleanup... very personable and responsive. THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL JOB.

We worked with Lucas from Mandette Roofing to have our whole roof replaced, 2 sky lights installed, gutters added, all trim repainted and front and back door installation. Lucas was very professional, an excellent communicator, made recommendations but involved us in all decisions throughout the project, super respectful, always responsive. The various specialists who worked for him (roofers, painters, carpenters, gutter installers) were all excellent, mindful and kind. They often exceeded our expectations. The roofers managed to take down the old roof and replace it (including The skylights) in one 13 hour day! It was incredible to watch their teamwork and diligence! We would definitely recommend their services and will hire Lucas for additional future home improvement projects.
