This guy was retained to hydroseed my yard because he serves the various towns in the Boston south shore area, and he turned out to be extremely sloppy, rude, and highly unprofessional. After he finished his job, and I inspected the hydroseeded area, I pointed out to him there are many raw spots/areas where there is inadequate hydroseeding coverage, and asked him to spray more hydroseed mixture in those spots/areas. He refused, and threatened to put a lien on my property and sue me in court if I don't pay him in full on the spot. Smug, he went on further to say "so you will never be able to sell your property! " I am totally outraged but because although I know I can fight him, I don't want to spend $$$ finding a lawyer to fight him in court and spend all of those energy and time going to court. In the end I gave in to his extortion demand and was coerced into paying him the full amount with a poorly executed job. I have seen unscrupulous contractors but this one definitely takes the cake. BEWARE AND YOU ARE HEREBY WARNED!!!
