I haven't actually had a job done by this company, but am very disappointed by their promptness, or lack thereof. I must have called them dozens of times and sometimes spoken directly to someone in charge or left a message. They have always been very vague, never call back and don't seem interested in my $5K+ job. Which is fine, but I would appreciate if they were clear and told me they don't want the business. Very poor customer focus.
