A 2021 customer hired Manwaring Electric to install a heated bathroom floor and said he gave the green light that the floor was working and could be tiled, but the floor would not heat. That 2021 customer said he admitted it was his error and promised to rectify it, then left the home with exposed wires and did not return numerous phone calls and text messages. The same 2021 customer wrote that he was paid in full and did not offer a refund. A 2023 customer wrote that it "helped my mom out of a jam."
Great service. Helped my mom out of a jam
Hired to install a heated bathroom floor. He did not read the installation instructions, gave the green light that the floor was working and could be tiled. When called back because the floor would not heat admitted it was his error and promised to rectify. Left my home with exposed wires, did not return numerous phone calls and text messages and when confronted in person again admitted he was at fault but that he was not going to address the situation. Note that he was paid in full and did not even offer a refund.
