We had been looking for someone to restore our downstairs bathroom for some time. I saw an ad in the local paper for Marble Perfect. Marci returned my call immediately & scheduled a visit within a wk. We met both Ken & Marci and scheduled the job for end of June. Ken did the restoration during an extremely hot period. He was very clean & careful with all of his equipment & was confined to a very small space. He did a beautiful job over a 3 day period & we could not be any happier. During the first phone call Marci answered all my questions, checked the photos I sent, explained the process and was incredibly helpful. Marci scheduled our initial appointment. Shortly after, Marci made a follow-up call. They had a cancellation and offered a closer date. Ken arrived on time. He explained his process and answered any questions we asked. He used non-toxic substances to deep clean and restore the granite. While he worked, Ken detailed exactly how to maintain the granite and what cleaners to avoid and to use to extend the life of the seal. Both Marci and Ken were highly professional, cordial and educational throughout the entire process. Our countertops look brand new and we know how to keep them that way. We highly recommend their services.
