Splash Pressure Washing

Splash Pressure Washing cleans house exteriors, roofs, windows and decks. Its website also offers gutter, walkway, fence and patio cleaning, plus Christmas lights and permanent outdoor lighting. A customer whose siding had mildew and whose roof had moss said Splash returned the day after giving a quote and left the siding looking new. A house-pressure-washing customer said the guys explained the work before starting, then walked around the house afterward to show the results and discuss tougher spots. A roof-cleaning customer said the crew brushed the roof, blew it off and pressure washed it carefully, with the final price below the quote. A customer preparing a home for sale said Splash assessed the job as scheduled and washed the home the next day. In a 2025 review, a patio customer said Splash moved tables, chairs and a hot tub and put everything back together. A window-cleaning customer said DJ counted the windows on arrival and told them the price would be twice the quote. That customer reduced the work mostly to exterior windows and reported streaks and missed corners the following day. A customer said some screens were put back incorrectly and there was minor smearing. A porch-cleaning customer said rugs and artificial plants were left in a heap on the walkway, dirt marks remained, and no solution or recommendation was offered. That customer also objected to receiving four reminders to post a review. A roof-cleaning customer reported an unclean roof, bags left attached to gutters and damage to a gutter and shingles; the customer said DJ advised waiting three to six months for results and, after payment was cancelled, sent threatening texts and delivered a letter to sue. The Better Business Bureau gives Splash a D+ grade and lists one complaint.
