The company says it has been in business for 87 years, and its website lists a service area that includes Montville, Belfast, Rockland and Waterville. A recent Reddit commenter in r/Maine wrote that they were about to sign a 12-month contract with Maritime Energy after being offered a locked-in price. A 2024 customer said a technician, Colby, cleaned their furnace, and wrote that their husband rated his knowledge and professionalism highly. A 2024 reviewer called the staff very rude.

Limited info to review office staff but recently had a technician clean our furnace. Colby was excellent, my husband gives him a 10/10 on knowledge, customer service and professionalism. Thank you Colby!
Staff is very rude. If you hate your job that much you might want to change it.
