Ask for the license number of the specific agent who would represent you and look it up before you sign a listing agreement. If you're buying your first house on the North Shore or in the Merrimack Valley, or selling one you've owned a long time, this is the kind of small, family-run office where the same person handles the whole transaction. Ask which agent would actually be yours — the reviews name several — and what their recent sales look like in your town and price range.

Kait helped my husband and I find our first home and I could not recommend her enough! She was incredibly thorough and made sure all our questions were answered from start to finish, as this was our first home we had a lot of questions. She helped keep us calm throughout the whole process even in some stressful moments. We didn’t feel like we were working with a realtor but we were working with a friend! We could not recommend Kait enough whether this is your first second or third home - she is an amazing realtor!!

I never imagined I’d be selling my parents’ home while grieving the loss of both my dad and my brother. We made the awesome decision to move my mom to Connecticut to live with our family, which meant the whole selling process happened remotely. Kait didn’t just list the house—she made it possible for us to get through this transition with dignity and peace. She helped us clear things out, set the home up for showings, rolled up her own sleeves and cleaned and kept in constant contact, and handled every detail as if it were her own family. The house sold in two weeks and from the time we decided to put house on market to the actually sale was approximately 2 months. That included a total estate auction, multiple dump runs, etc etc. She priced it perfectly and we got asking price. There wasn’t a single step that felt painful, even though we weren’t in the state. I am deeply grateful for Kait and would recommend her to anyone who wants not just a realtor, but an advocate and a steady hand during life’s hardest moments. So grateful for Kait!!!
