On HomeAdvisor, it describes itself as a local masonry business with over 20 years in the industry, offering residential and commercial services. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2020 HomeAdvisor customer said the project was easy to schedule. A 2021 HomeAdvisor customer said the work was done in 2 days. A 2023 Google customer said the company replaced a thimble/adaptor plate on their chimney for a pellet stove. That 2023 customer said dirt and debris covered the entire condo when the work was finished, and that the porcelain stove was left with multiple scratches and chipped porcelain on its feet. The 2023 customer said that when they raised it, the company called the scratches existing conditions and said it never moved the stove, while the customer said their before/after pictures show the new damage and the stove having been moved.

Used Masonry Unlimited to replace a thimble/adaptor plate to our chimney for our pellet stove. When the work was finished, I had dirt/debris over my entire condo (entire kitchen had to be wiped down, beds had to be changed due to masonry dust). Even worse, we noticed significant damage to our pellet stove. There are now multiple scratches all over the porcelain stove and they chipped the porcelain off the feet. When I brought this to the attention of MU, they told me the scratches were existing conditions and even said they never even moved the stove. Unfortunately this is a lie as I have before/after pictures showing the new damage as well as the stove having been moved.
