Mass Energy & Oil delivers home heating oil, and the company's website says it offers 24/7 emergency service. On Google it holds 3.3 stars from 8 ratings. A 2025 customer who had run out of oil during a snow storm said a man came out to put oil in their tank without hesitation and waived the emergency fee. A 2024 customer said the company did not take checks and called it very difficult to deal with.
Highly recommended! I'm so greatful for this man coming to put oil in our tank when we ran out. There is a snow storm and without hesitation he came out and even waived the emergency fee. They have a new customer!!!!!
bad service ,dont take checks from local business ,i have never had a issue with payments (not like we have cash sitting around )but anyways very difficult to deal with them.
