A 2023 review told a different story about a standing mowing arrangement: the crew did solid, quick work once on site, but showed up on their own schedule rather than a set day, sometimes a week late. A June 2025 review raised a sharper concern — a spring cleanup estimate that arrived with no real detail on the scope of work, leading to weeks of back-and-forth trying to pin down what was actually being paid for.
