Wonderful workmanship and respectful of property. Showroom staff were extremely helpful and professional. I have already booked them to replace my old tub with a walk-in shower and new tile floor in my bath. So yes, I highly recommend them.

We had an incredible experience with Master Tile Kitchen & Bath Design. We did a major bathroom remodel but kept our existing shower for budget reasons. A huge shout out to our designer, Erin, who managed to design a stunning, high-end space around that existing shower so perfectly that it ties the whole room together. Everyone at Master Tile, from the showroom designers to the electricians and plumbers, were total pros. The installation crew knocked the new tile work out of the park, especially the precise placement of the wallpaper-like tile and the intricate cuts on the fluted wainscoting. Our bathroom now feels like a 5-star hotel. 10/10 recommend, no question.

We visited this shop yesterday and were very disappointed with the service. Despite seeming to have a large inventory of tile, the people in the store were unhelpful - they showed minimal interest in our project, they were quick to dismiss our design as too hard to match to their stock, but they didn't have any meaningful suggestions or alternatives ("you could look online or there is this lady in Antarctica who can make that custom"). We didn't even get to look at their flooring options, because they were so disinterested in helping with the first part of the project. Recommendation to ownership - train your people on the business, the contents of your store, the consultative process, and basic courtesy and customer services. Lacking these capabilities, there is no reason for your customers not to move their business online.

Amy Wilson is a talented designer who very quickly understood our vibe and what we were looking for. The contractors were punctual and professional. The tile installers especially blew us away with their precision, skill, and attention to detail. They treated our home with care and respect from start to finish. Communication was consistent, timelines were honored, and the finished space exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship shows in every detail, and the kitchen feels both beautiful and functional. We would gladly work with Master Tile Kitchen & Bath and Maestro Renovation Pro LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation.
