A customer this October said Cawiamca Heating and Cooling installed a new oil boiler and indirect water heater, and named owner Ron Pellitier. A recent heat-and-cooling customer said the installers organized old hoses and wires outside and removed the old concrete pad the A/C condenser had sat on, and that Cawiamca's prices were better than the other installers they contacted. A 2022 customer who had lost hot water said Ron fit them in for a combi boiler install within a week. A 2021 customer said the company removed the old boiler on a Monday and installed the new system on Tuesday. This company has the best customer service and does outstanding work! Today they installed a new oil boiler and indirect water heater. Dimitri,Cara, John, Brian, Steve and a couple other workers were meticulous and completed the job in a timely manner and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and owner Ron Pellitier without any reservations. I am a forever customer!!

Ron and his people were professional from start to finish. He was able to provide many different options with ways to use my existing infrastructure smartly. He quickly provided quotes after I changed the needs of what I wanted. Cawaimca's prices were better than ALL of the other installers I contacted(7 different ones, 3 of which used the same equipment). I really liked that Cawaimca is a Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi which gives the buyer an extra 7 years of warranty (12 years total). The installers were very professional and respectful of the residence they were working in. Cawaiamca's professionals organized old hoses and wires to give my outside a clean looking finish. They even removed the old concrete pad that the old A/C condenser was sitting on! I would work with Cawiamca anytime for HVAC anything.

RON P. (owner?) called me immediately after contacting Home Advisor and within a couple hours his repair crew (Brandon & Russ) were at my door. It turned out to be a very simple fix that took less than 15 minutes and they left without charging me anything. I was pleasantly surprised, And I would recommend them, and call them again without hesitation.

After meeting Ron the owner, he educated me of the benefits of replacing my 25 year old oil furnace and central air unit with a very efficient HEAT PUMP/AC unit. A real no Brainer decision. All electric, energy star rated and no more fuel oil. After a very reasonable quote, with veterans discount, I said I'm in. Two of his Team showed up on a Wednesday around 8am and by Friday around Noon my AC was on. Friendly, professional, attention to detail. Would highly recommend Cawiamca for all Heating and AC projects. Great company.
