When Masterpiece Roofing takes a job on, it tends to be a big one. A 2024 reviewer watched four buildings go from start to finish in two and a half weeks, with daily communication from the lead contractor and supervisor and any issue raised as it came up. That same year, a 28-unit condominium complex in MetroWest picked the company for a major roofing project and singled out Ray for being straightforward to deal with from the first call to the last. The company works out of Holliston, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #205754, is active. Its Better Business Bureau profile carries an A+ and accreditation since 2023, and names Ray Paulino as owner, Larissa Figueira as president and Felippe Borges as COO, with eight employees; the BBB also lists a construction supervisor licence, CS-116544. Its own site covers roof replacement, repair and Roof Maxx rejuvenation, plus gutters, siding and window installation for residential and commercial owners across MetroWest and Boston, as a certified CertainTeed contractor. The detailed accounts are about care taken. A 2024 customer described a thorough initial assessment, the roof inspected and documented in detail before a quote. In a 2025 review, a project manager named Jonathas got the quote out quickly and talked the homeowner through the options. A June 2026 customer had extensive exterior work — shingles replaced and painted after age and woodpecker damage, trim on two windows restored, eaves trim stained — from a crew named Sidney and Nathon. Two things to check. A second June 2026 customer, happy with a roof and gutter replacement after several walkthrough inspections, came back months later to add a note about paint bubbles in one area, so ask what the workmanship warranty covers and how callbacks are handled. And the paperwork does not all line up: Angi gives the address as 1248 Highland St, while the BBB and the company's own site both say 241 Kuniholm Dr, and the site's claim of more than 16 years sits against a BBB record showing the business incorporated in 2022. For a full roof replacement, a condo association's buildings, or a gutter package around MetroWest, this is a licensed and accredited outfit with detailed accounts of large jobs behind it. Get the warranty terms and the crew's schedule in writing before the first day.
Ray and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. They addressed all our concerns after multiple walkthrough inspections. They ensured we were happy with the work and we definitely are! Edit: months later we noticed some paint bubbles in one area of the exterior and some chipped paint from the gutter replacement. Masterpiece scheduled and sent someone out immediately, and then the work was repaired same day as inspection. Super happy with them for this. Thank you!
I cannot recommend more highly. I had extensive exterior work done by the team of Sidney and Nathon, including replacement and painting of numerous shingles due to age and woodpecker damage, restoring trim on two exterior windows, staining of house eves trim, touch up of shingles in back of house and big project of replacement and staining of large deck steps due to rot. I am also having Masterpiece Roofing replace two defective sky lights and hope this team is as good as Sidney and Nathon because I will surely be in good hands. Thanks so much. He got the quote to us quickly and took the time to talk us through different options, offering honest insight and guidance. The crew, Angel and Victor, were fantastic. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They went above and beyond checking all the gutters. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the entire process.
In May/June of 2024 Masterpiece Roofing, Inc. was chosen for our major roofing project. We are a mid-sized 28 unit condominium complex in the Metro-West area. Ray was so extremely professional and we were able to easily work with him from beginning, during, and the end via phone and text. Ruy, the on-site supervisor, was available for any questions we had all during the day. Each day his crew cleaned up the area as if they weren't even there. I called this company the well oiled machine. I had many owners come to me and express their compliments on their speed and workmanship. Our roofing project also consisted of new gutters, downspouts, new skylights, and carpentry where needed. They provide an excellent warranty of product and warranty for their workmanship. I highly recommend this company for large or small projects.
