MasterSeal Caulking & Waterproofing takes on water coming in where it should not, through windows and wall panels. The company describes itself on its website as a small family-owned business with over 15 years of experience in the sealant industry. A recent Google reviewer described a project to stop rainwater entering the interior through fixed windows and wall panels of a historic mid-century modern home on the National Register of Historic Places, along with replacing two 4'x8' fixed windows with broken seals. That reviewer said Justin Talalaj and his crew solved the problem using methods and materials acceptable to the CT State Office of Historic Preservation, and wrote "No more rain!" even after several months and numerous very strong rainstorms. A 2022 Google customer said Justin and his team came out to seal up their building, were on time and fixed the issues they had.
