When we ripped up our wall-to-wall carpeting, we were not so pleasantly surprised with a 24’ crack in our foundation that ran the entire length of our basement. We had 5 companies come out to look at the problem and the only good one was Pinnacle Concrete Solutions. Marc provided the initial inspection and he was the only one who took the time to drill into the crack to determine how deep it was. This is essential to providing customers an accurate quote. Other companies provide quotes based on width and length with the caveat that they may need to use more material at the time of the job, which just means more money out of the customer’s pocket. During the inspection, Marc found some additional voids under the foundation that contributed to the uneven flooring we experienced. Again, Pinnacle was the only company to inspect the entirety of our basement. We never once felt pressure to sign a contract that day and did not have to endure any sort of corporate sales pitch. On the day of the job, Keron and Cody arrived almost to the minute of the ETA provided. I love promptness, so this was a great start. They explained exactly how they were going to execute things and set up while the material heated up. They took great care to protect our house from dirt and debris. Once they got started on the work, they encouraged us to come and check it out so we’d see the process in person. They did an exceptional job! The crack is filled, the floors are even, and I honestly could not tell you where the drill holes were for the injection points. On top of all this, every single one of the people mentioned in this review were extremely nice and easy to talk to. If you find yourself in the position where you need your foundation fixed, I could not recommend these guys enough. We absolutely made the right decision by going with Pinnacle Concrete Solutions.
