Matias Companies doesn't fit one box. Landlords and condo owners keep returning to how fast a unit gets turned around; renters and clients keep returning to how reachable the company stayed while it happened. Nobody in that history describes work that went wrong. Two things temper it. Every one of those ratings is on Google, and the newest of them lands in autumn 2025 — roughly a year back, which makes the average a description of the recent past more than of this season. The other thing worth sorting out early is scope. Painting, flooring, tub and restroom reglazing, handyman calls and full unit renovations all show up in what customers describe, but so do rental placement and property management — and a firm whose day job is managing and developing property is a different hire from a dedicated remodeling contractor. Ask which side of the business is quoting you, and who will actually be on site.
