MaxShine Cleaning Solutions LLC is a cleaning service. In a 2024 review, a customer said a small guest house on their property that had fallen out of care due to a rodent infestation was cleaned until it was sparkling. Best cleaners in Connecticut hands down, I have tried multiple other company but have never found someone as professional and efficient as Maxshine, they where very accommodating to my schedule and very friendly, the cleaners did an amazing job and where so friendly, we will definitely continue using the service for our monthly cleanings.
So incredibly friendly, flexible, and efficient. We had to push the time back last minute and Max was so understanding and helped us figure out a new time the same day with a different crew. They were so sweet and accommodating and I am very happy with the result!! Our home is now so so clean!
Company did not 'get' online booking we made, called a half hour after the confirmed appointment start time and owner rescheduled. Subcontracted cleaners arrived and did a great job, left them with check to pay for service. Owner called and explained they 'could not take a check' and to pay online, we did pay online and asked the owner to void the check and not deposit it, he agreed. The owner then STILL tried to deposit the check. This is not appropriate or professional behavior. Go elsewhere for cleaning services.
Most accommodating! 'Marta' was exceptional & did wonderfully in the time she had. We will deffinately use MaxShine again for monthly cleaning!
Im very happy with the results. Walked in and the place smell clean looked spotless and Im sure it looked like a bachelor pad before I got in. I got the standard clean but my expectations were definitely exceeded. I also appreciated the communication from management as I arranged while I was away and they worked were flexible about the days.
