These guys suck you will be hearing from my lawyer he did my roof a year ago and it leaking plus paid him to glue my rubber roof material and labor paid that was a year ago still waiting been calling never calls me back now roof leaking bad in daughter room this is going to start a electrical fire 🔥 trim cut to short showing bare wood I’m going to sue very bad workmanship don’t know how they stay in business with the garbage work they do

We recently had MB Construction replace our roof, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. We signed our contract on a Thursday evening, and by Tuesday our entire roof was completed, including new facia boards and gutters. The efficiency without sacrificing quality was truly impressive. The crew was exceptional. They were some of the hardest-working professionals we've ever had at our home, working tirelessly while paying close attention to every detail. When the job was finished, the cleanup was impeccable! You would hardly know they had been there, aside from our beautiful new roof. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise while exceeding expectations every step of the way. We are genuinely blown away by the craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. We would recommend MB Construction without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. Thank you, Manny and your entire team, for a job exceptionally well done!

If I could split a review I would. Unfortunately, I can’t. MB came recommended by a person we know and respect. I called Manny about replacing my roof and a skylight. He basically came right over and looked everything over and stated he would email me a quote. The next day I had it. I did get another price and he beat it be about $1000.00. I agreed with the price and signed a contract. This was a Friday, and he stated he could do the job the next week. We settled on 12-18-25. He also said the crew would be there between 7-8AM. When 8:30 arrived I called and he said they were picking up the stock for the job and would be at my house shortly. Around 9:20 he called me and said the supplier didn’t have the skylight. Ok, things happen. But I would have thought it would have been ordered the previous week. Friday was going to be a washout so he gave me the choice between that Saturday, or the following Monday. I chose Saturday, so I wouldn’t have to take another day off from work. Again I asked what time they’d be there and was told the same time frame. When on Saturday they hadn’t shown up by 9:00 I called Manny and asked where they were and he told me they don’t work on Saturdays. At this point I was pretty pissed and told him if he wasn’t at my house on Monday I would have to go a different route. He assured me they would be there. They arrived promptly Monday morning and started right in. Now if I could, this is where I would split my review. His crew is outstanding! They stripped, reroofed, installed the skylight, and repaired a rake board and were done just before 4:00 PM. What impressed me the most, was the clean up….OUTSTANDING! A week after the job I picked up one nail. No complaints there at all. However, as they were done my wife noticed a tear in the skylight bug screen. We showed the crew chief and he said he would tell Manny and it would be taken care of. Mind you this is 12-22-25. Two days later Manny called saying he was coming by to look at the screen and collect payment. He came by, never looked at the screen, but took payment. He said he would order the screen and would take a week. I should have held back some of the payment but I didn’t. After about three weeks I called Manny asking about the screen and was told a week. Another call, another week. So, on 2-22-26 I contacted the skylight manufacturer, and two days later I had the replacement screen. I can only assume Manny never ordered it hoping I would forget about it. Manny’s communication skills are horrible to be blunt. I had to make all the calls to find out what was going on. After not hearing from him and getting the replacement screen, I sent him a long email stating my displeasure with the whole experience, and as of today, to no surprise he has not responded to that email. That says a lot. So, to recap…his workers and their workmanship is top notch. But based on my experience with Manny, I could never in good conscience hire him again

UPDATED REVIEW...Horrible follow through! I am changing my below review because of bad customer service and follow up. We had 2 projects done by Manny and his crew. The last one being siding and gutters. We placed SEVERAL calls and texts with a promise to fix the gutters that are not working properly. After many calls and promises..he was a no show. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. if I have to have someone fix them instead we will ba taking them to court...BUYER BEWARE!! -----‐---------------- Manny and his crew just finished our 2nd project. Manny runs a great business. The crew he has is amazing. Fast, polite and all around hard workers. HIGHLY recommend MB construction and will have him back for our next project

Manny of MB Construction is great. He worked around the solar company removing the panel from the roof and was done a couple days after the solar company. Very good price and the work was excellent. I would recommend them.
