MB Masonry

A chimney another mason wanted to replace became an extension instead. In a September 2025 Google review, an MB Masonry customer said the extension was still trouble-free seven years later, with no visible transition between the old and new sections. The same customer described later retaining walls, cobble driveways, and bluestone and natural rock walkways. M.B. Masonry says it provides brick, block, concrete, stucco, natural stone and cultured stone work in Sandwich and across Cape Cod and the Islands. Its website names Brian Boley as the company's founder. Google shows a 4.6-star average from 11 ratings. The masonry details in other 2025 accounts range from a window opening to outdoor gathering spaces. An October reviewer described Brian aligning a larger kitchen window with the exterior brick, praising both the finished result and his communication and punctuality. A September reviewer said Brian B and his team repaired damaged brick steps and added granite to connect them visually with nearby cobblestones and brickwork. They also leveled and secured cobblestone garden borders and cleaned and extended a brick walkway. That customer described the team as responsive to questions and suggestions. Outdoor work drew praise too. A September 2025 customer was pleased with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Another, writing that month about an outdoor entertainment area used over several years, said deadlines had been met and the crew cleaned thoroughly before leaving. A separate September reviewer praised work involving fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, poolscapes and patios, saying it had been guaranteed and completed on time. Some customers described relationships lasting well beyond one project. In September 2025, one reviewer said Brian had handled their masonry projects for many years and praised his communication and attention to their budget. Another said their first project with Brian and the MB Masonry team had been in 2010, and that the team had continued to deliver as promised.
