Among several others, we chose Aj to install a new replacement rinnai high efficiency boiler because of his punctuality, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. And cost of project was more competitive/reasonable than larger scale operations. On three occasions he has shown up on time for appointments (sometimes booked a week or more out) which is much appreciated. Also stands by his estimates, no surprises is also appreciated.

Aaron is an amazing person showed up and installed a type of purge system to help eliminate a problem we were having with iron in our system, no more orange ring in the toilet bowls and shower pressure has increased slightly since the instal .

My elderly widowed mother hired AJ's Plumbing and Heating LLC (Aaron) for basic bathroom replacements: 2 Kohler toilets with new shutoff valves, 2 bathroom faucets with shutoff valves, 1 vanity top, and 1 shower valve. The work was completed as described, with no major complications, hidden issues, or additional work noted. She was charged over $10,000 for this routine job. I've attached the itemized proposal/quote (personal details redacted) showing the full breakdown dated 1-1-26 — the prices speak for themselves. After checking comparable pricing from other licensed plumbers in the Manchester/Concord, NH area (similar multi-fixture replacements typically run $3,000–$6,000 at most), I confronted Aaron about the outrageous cost. He admitted it was an overcharge. This is completely unacceptable — especially when dealing with an older widow who trusted a professional to provide a fair and honest quote. It feels like blatant exploitation of someone vulnerable. I strongly advise everyone to get multiple written quotes from different companies first and avoid this if fair, transparent pricing is important to you. Do not let this happen to your family.
