Eric came out a few weeks ago on very short notice to help out with a small lingering project I had at one of my rental properties in Dover. A faucet had leaked under the sink creating some water damage and potential mold. I had started tackling the project on my own by cutting out the cabinet floor, but the finished flooring beneath and subflooring had obviously seen moisture. At the time I did not have the time or equipment to keep cutting to determine the extent of the problem so the project sat unattended for a few weeks before I saw a post from Eric online and thought that it would be much less stressful for me to just hire someone else to take this small repair to the finish line. Eric came out to evaluate the damage within just a few days, we put together a plan, he communicated extremely well and thoroughly to ensure that we were both on the same page as far as the plan to evaluate extent of damage and ultimately repair from there. About a week later he was back out there to do the job - thankfully the subfloor was still in good condition, so he cut out what needed to be cut out, and replaced the cabinet floor with PVC and caulked it into place so that in the event there is a leak in the future, it will have significantly more water resistance than the original particle board cabinet floor. In short, his communication was great, work was solid, and price was fair. He also helped with replacing a piece of siding that had blown off in a storm a while back as well, which I am grateful for. He will be my first call for future issues that I don't have the time or experience to tackle myself. Thanks Eric!

Eric installed 7 new interior doors for us and one set of outside screen doors. He did a great job and was a great communicator through the process.

Job gone bad, but saved by McCooey Handyman & Woodcraft. We needed some work done on our front door, and while hesitant to use someone from Facebook, my mind was quickly changed. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The trim work we needed done was a mess from over two years ago. Within days, he has the material, and the job completed with no issues. He will 100% be hearing from me again.
