One caveat on who is talking — a February 2025 five-star review is signed by Mary Kelly, a broker at C21 Property Central, describing him from the other side of a transaction rather than as a client. Everything written about this brokerage sits on one platform, so there is no second source to test it against. If you are buying or selling on the North Shore, particularly in Marblehead or Salem, this is a small shop where the owner does the work himself. Ask who covers you when he is with another client, and confirm the brokerage licence with the state before signing.

Chris is terrific to work with! He is helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I’ve worked with him twice-initially as a buyer and then as the seller. Chris managed everything extremely efficiently-including keeping me on track and organized. He explained what to expect and how to handle every step of the process so that everything ran smoothly. I think it’s important to note that through both buying and selling, I was under the strain of family members being ill. The most important quality to me was that Chris was extraordinarily kind! He’s an excellent realtor and a truly good person. When buying or selling real estate, you need someone who’s in your corner, professional, knows the market and works efficiently. My husband and I worked with Chris to find and purchase our first home this Spring. The process couldn't have been smoother and we genuinely enjoyed it. You can tell through his diligent work ethic he takes pride in his business and clients. Firstly, he took the time to understand our expectations, timeline, etc. and asked the right questions. He'd provide honest feedback on listings and open houses given his experience. He was always prompt to respond and we believe his charisma helps build rapport with listing agents to put his clients in the best possible position to make an informed offer. Once we had an accepted offer, we relied on him (perhaps a bit too much) for referrals for nearly everything (mortgage lender rec, attorney's office, home inspector) which again, made the process incredibly smooth for us as new buyers. He went above and beyond post-sale. We'd truly trust and recommend Chris at McNamara Realty to anyone looking to buy/ sell.
