MD Restorations

MD Restorations works out of Winthrop, handling brick and stone masonry, foundation and waterproofing work, and restoration jobs — patios, repointing, cement work, and repairs after water gets into a home through the masonry itself, according to its Angi profile. The handful of reviews on file point to careful, communicative work. One homeowner had a saturated brick crown over a roof that let water in and brought part of a ceiling down; the crew repaired the brick and made good on the ceiling, keeping the homeowner posted along the way, according to a 2024 Angi review. A second 2024 review credits the company with a patio that came out well-built and detailed enough for the reviewer to recommend them for masonry and outdoor construction generally. A third reviewer called the job efficient and said it finished within the time quoted. Angi shows a perfect 5.0 rating, but it rests on just three reviews so far — enough to see a pattern of tidy, responsive work, not yet a long public track record. There's nothing on file yet about pricing, warranty terms, or how larger foundation or waterproofing jobs specifically go, since the reviews shown are about a brick repair and a patio build. For a repointing job, a patio, or a masonry-related leak, the early word is good; given how new the public review history still is, it's worth asking for a couple of recent local references before booking.
